1. Overview

By purchasing or participating in any offer from Kelly Dawn International, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to all payment plans, sessions, and mentorship containers.

If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments in full, regardless of whether you choose to continue participating.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, lack of participation, or perceived value. Please ensure you’re fully committed before enrolling.

3. Coaching & Psychic Guidance Disclaimer

All services provided by Kelly Dawn and Kelly Dawn International, including psychic readings, mentorship, and coaching, are intended for spiritual and personal growth purposes only.

They do not replace medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

4. Confidentiality & Sharing

Kelly Dawn International respects your privacy. Personal details shared in sessions (names, locations, identifying info) will remain confidential.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that anonymous or de-identified content from sessions (e.g., insights, transformations, or screenshots with identifying details removed) may be used for promotional or educational purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and recordings created by Kelly Dawn International are protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials or session recordings without written permission.

6. Client Responsibility

By enrolling, you acknowledge that your results depend on your own energy, effort, and willingness to apply the guidance received. Kelly Dawn and Kelly Dawn International do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

You are entering this container as a co-creator and take full responsibility for your own transformation.

7. Communication & Voxer Support

For 1:1 clients with Voxer access, messages will be checked and responded to once per day, Monday through Friday (Atlantic Time).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Any disputes will be handled within New Brunswick’s jurisdiction.

9. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
