One thing that can stop us dead in our tracks when we’re deliberately manifesting our #magicalfuckingdreamlife is FEAR.
Fear of what though…what do you really have to be afraid of?
Your inner power.
Your inner light.
Your ability to create your life with intention.
You might be reading that and thinking…wtf?..those things aren’t scary…
No? Then why haven’t you manifested what you truly want? What else is stopping you?
The first answer that might pop in your head is money. Followed by time. Let’s get rid of those excuses shall we?
You don’t need more money to manifest the life you want. You need resources. You need ideas and you need to get those ideas out of your head and into reality so they can serve people and provide value. That’s where money comes from.
As for time (this is one my favourites excuses-trust me). We all have the same 24 hours in a day and there is proof everywhere of people creating epicness in their life by leveraging the time they have.
So now that those 2 roadblocks are taken care of, we’re left with our old friend FEAR.
As Marianne Williamson said:
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.”
It’s a fear of who we have to become, who we might have to leave behind, and fear of the unknown future that seems safe in our dreams yet scares the shit out of us in real life.
It’s fine to journal, to visualize, to daydream and THINK about what we want to create, but to make that happen we have to live it out.
That’s the part that gets messy. That part involves other people, changes and choices we’ll have to make, and doing things that pushes us way outside our comfort zone.
Once we take a look at what scares us and shine light on those things, we take the power away from our fear. It’s no longer hiding in the shadows of our mind. It’s confronted, it can’t hide, and it can be dealt with.
So what comes up for you? When you think about the life you want for yourself and the version of you who’s ALREADY created it, what did she/he have to do to get there?
What actions did you have to take?
What did you have to overcome?
What did you have to believe about yourself?
When you think about those things, what feels uncomfortable? (this is probably something you know you is going to help move you along your path, yet something you’ve been resisting).
What can you do today to feel uncomfortable?
That’s the thing you have to do. That’s what’s going to bring your fear into the light so you can move through it.
