What if everything you wanted was already right in front of you?
What if it was ALL in your life right now?
The clients, the freedom, the health, the money, the blissful feeling you’ll have when you’re only doing work you love….
What if all those things were already here?
Truth is, they are. All of the things you “want”…that you’re seeking out and working towards…it’s already here. Right now.
The problem is, you can’t see those things because you’re looking at your world through the wrong lens.
And because of that, you’re not acting like the person who can actually SEE that everything you want is right in front of you.
Try looking at things through a different lens - from the perspective of the person who already has whatever they want.
Are they doubting themselves and questioning if they can actually have whatever they want?
No. It’s already theirs.
Are they unsure of where the money’s going to come from?
No. It’s always available to them.
Are they stressing out trying to figure out how to GET things/clients/good health/love/etc?
No. They already have those things.
Instead of waiting for what you want to manifest, assume it’s already yours and that everything you need is already available to you.
How would you feel?
How would you act?
Now feel that way and act from that place as often as possible.
ASSUME that you already have whatever it is you want.
Because once you shift your perception and actions you'll see that whatever you wanted was already there.
You need to raise and match your vibration to who it is you need to be in order to live the life you want.
THAT’s the way you grow and expand into who you truly are.
You raise your vibe.
Sounds simple enough, but what does that even look like in real life?
Let’s break down into steps (‘cause numbered lists are freakin’ awesome).
Here we go!
1. Get a clear idea of who you actually want to be. Obviously, it’s still going to be YOU, but it’s the YOU living the life on your dream board. How is that person spending their time? How are they feeling? (chances are it’s happy as fuck). Get right down to the details….what are they wearing, driving, eating…what does their body look like, who are they spending time with? This is the ultimate, high vibe version of YOU.
2. Take a really good look at your current life. How close is it to the one you envisioned in step one? Be honest. How big is that gap?
3. Go deeper and look at your daily rituals and habits…look at how you’re showing up in the world…look at your relationships…your health….look at what (and who) you’re doing in your spare time.
Are those things aligned with your ultimate vision of YOU?
FYI: It doesn’t matter if you’re not “there” yet…you’re always going to be growing so there’s no final destination. What matters is that you’re moving in the right direction…that you’re making choices, decisions, and actions based on who you want to be.
4. Check in and notice how you’re feeling based on the current actions you’re taking. Sure you can tell yourself you’re happy but if you’re not taking daily action to align yourself with the person in step numero uno, you’re kidding yourself. You’ll be frustrated, irritated, and stuck in the energy of “wanting”. And that leads to being super low vibe.
5. It’s time to close the gap between where you are currently, and where you want to be. It’s time to raise your vibration. There are two parts to this (god I love lists!!) .
a) You have to take care of your body. You are a physical being - made of energy. What you put into your body and how you take care of it WILL have a huge effect on the frequency you’re vibrating at. If you’re overdrinking, smoking, drugging, or binge eating Twinkies while you hold the couch down every night..…quit it. Feed your body real fucking food and exercise your little meat suit regularly. Chances are, the dream version of you is a healthy one correct? A healthy, functioning body is going to vibrate higher than a rundown, sluggish one.
b) You have to think and act like the version of YOU you’re aiming for. That person on your vision board has done things differently than what your current self has done. They’ve thought better thoughts (hooray for having a positive mindset) and taken better action. THIS is the most important part of keeping your vibration up - the mental game.
THIS is the “acting as if” thing you read about in all the new age books. In order to raise your vibe up to where it needs to be, you need to act and feel as if you’re already that super high vibe, most awesome version of you.
6. Now it’s just a matter of daily practice. Each and every day (moment really), you have the opportunity to stay at your current vibration, and continue living your current life (btw, if you’re honestly happy and content there - awesome. No need to change a thing). OR, you have the option of moving more fully into the highest vibe version of you by thinking and acting as if you already are that person.
This isn’t about pretending to be somebody different. This about being the version of YOU you were created to be. It’s about shifting your energy from where you are now, to where you want to be. Lower vibe to higher vibe.
It’s a process…a practice…and it never ends. Get clear on who you want to be, set intentions/goals to get you there and take action. You’re going to have to do things differently, probably get very uncomfortable, and move through a shit ton of fear and self-doubt along the way. You're going to have to shift from one energy into another. It’s simple but it’s not always easy.

The other day I read a quote:
“ Courage is the ability to let go of something comfortable”.
Does that hit you as hard as it did me?
I hope so.
If you’re in business (or even if you’re trying to improve any area of your life), having courage isn’t optional.
It’s a necessity.
You’re going to have to do things that make you uncomfortable.
You’re going to have to do things you don’t want to do.
You’re going to have to do things that make you question who you are and if you’re really capable of doing the things you KNOW you need to do.
You’re going to have be courageous.
You might think the act of doing that THING you know you have to do is the hardest part. This could be getting on the phone with people, making that video, or doing your first presentation.
You might think to yourself…”once I do THAT, I’ll be ok”. I’ll have moved through my fear, did that thing that was scary as fuck, and I’ll be fine. Hooray for being courageous!!
BUT…there’s a second part to this process, and that’s why I love the above quote so much…..
You have to LET GO.
You have to release what’s comfortable.
You can’t just creep out of your comfort zone, do something brave and then retreat back in.
You won’t get anywhere doing that.
You’ll still be attached to the warm cozy place that’s your comfort zone, and that zone will keep you trapped.
You have to leave what’s comfortable behind, and you can’t look back.
You have to LET GO.
In order to move forward, you have to let go of what’s comfortable and TRUST that you’ll be safe once you’re outside of that zone.
And you will. Honest.
You’ll be ok.
The Universe isn’t going to give you anything you can’t handle.
It just doesn’t work that way.
When you know you’re meant to do something that’s going to require you to be courageous and step more fully into who you really are, you’re going to be supported.
You can’t have the desire without the ability to make it happen.
So tell me….what’s comfortable for you?
What do you have to leave behind?
Maybe it’s a belief, a habit, an old story, or a relationship.
Whatever it is, deep down you know.
You KNOW that in order to grow and expand, you’re going to have to leave something behind.
But once you do let go….once you release….you open yourself up to new possibilities. To new opportunities.To new expansion.
It’s all for your benefit.
This whole letting go, and stepping into the unknown is ALL for you.
It’s what you’re here to do.
As co-creators, we can’t not be doing this. We can’t remain in the same place, clinging to what’s comfortable and expect to fully live.
So once again...... (because I want you to really stop and think about this……)

And I want to know if you have the courage to release it.
